I was recently a guest speaker at Boulay’s Succession Summit. From the time the conference ended, I had people coming up to me… then emailing… then calling about “what else is out there?”
They miss the excitement, the interaction, the strategy and even the conflicts. They miss being in business. Many people can get similar experience with a part time job. It solves the interaction question and keeps the mind engaged.
But some need more. Call it an Encore Performance. It could be small (just you,) or part time (no one has to know what’s on your calendar,) or you could partner up with a like-minded expert that has a complimentary skill set. The possibilities are endless.
