Todd Eberhardt is serial entrepreneur and a two-time Inc. 500 winner. Dynasty Leadership Consulting is Todd’s sixth company. His other companies have sold to private equity and management companies. Todd understand first hand what it takes to be a leader during times of transition.
Todd and his team, have interviewed over 7,000 entrepreneurs/CEO’s over the past decade and have become intimately knowledgeable with the reasons some businesses succeed and why others struggle.
After analyzing what delivered the most value to thousands of business leaders, Todd created DynastyLC to focus on CEO’s in transition. (Typically their first three or last three years of leadership.) Todd found that the biggest impact he can have is with CEOs in their time of transition.
Todd was the CEO and Co-founder of several successful startups in the telecom and technology management world including:
- Comm-Works – A premier provider of technology implementation for Fortune 1000 businesses. The business was purchased by the private equity firm Morganthaler.
- Tailwind Voice and Data – Started as a local offshoot of Comm-Works, the business was sold to the operating management team of budding entrepreneurs.
- Sunset Dental Technologies – Co-Developed with Bill Kotonias, Sunset was built to service all of the technology needs of dentists throughout Minneapolis. The business was sold to the operating management team.
- Sonic Management Group – A member-owned management company, created for some of the top performing technology providers across the United States.
